These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of getdropstudio.ai, including any pages, features, forms, and the GetDropStudio App available at /app/ (collectively, the “Service”), operated by GetDropStudio.AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our website, submitting a form, creating an account, or using the GetDropStudio App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, available at getdropstudio.ai/privacy-policy/. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 13. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

GetDropStudio.AI is an independent creative studio and the parent company behind a portfolio of brands, including Calmingverse, Galactic Ancestry, the Aura AI Marketing Toolkit, Vintages Artworks, Shadow Signal, Little Johnny Joke Time, and the GetDropStudio App. Our website provides information about these brands, a contact/interest form, and — for registered users — access to the GetDropStudio App, a gated dashboard.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including individual brands, features, or the App, at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service, or any particular brand or feature within it, will remain available indefinitely.

3. User Accounts

Some parts of the Service, including the GetDropStudio App, require you to create an account. We authenticate accounts using your email address and a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to that address — we do not use traditional passwords.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account;
• Keep the email address associated with your account secure, since it is the sole means of accessing your account;
• Notify us promptly at support@getdropstudio.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization;
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the GetDropStudio App, other users’ accounts, or any non-public part of the Service;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service, including through scraping, automated bots, or attempts to bypass security or authentication measures;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form, account registration, or any other feature;
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any other harmful or unwanted content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this section, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, brand names, page designs, and software — is owned by GetDropStudio.AI or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes the names and logos of Calmingverse, Galactic Ancestry, the Aura AI Marketing Toolkit, Vintages Artworks, Shadow Signal, Little Johnny Joke Time, and the GetDropStudio App.

You may view and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Service as intended (for example, viewing pages in a standard web browser).

6. User Content

“User Content” means any information you submit to us through the Service, including form submissions, account profile information, and any comments or messages you send us.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service, responding to you, and fulfilling any request you’ve made (such as sending a newsletter you opted into). You represent that any User Content you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

We may remove or refuse to display any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, at our discretion.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party websites, including the individual sites operated by our brands (such as calmingverse.com, auramarketingai.com, galacticancestry.shop, vintagesartworks.shop, and our YouTube channels) and services we rely on, such as Resend. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

As an independent studio, we do our best to keep the Service running smoothly and the information on it accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, current, or free of mistakes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetDropStudio.AI and its owners, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetDropStudio.AI, its owners, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service, or request deletion of your account, at any time by emailing support@getdropstudio.ai.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including the GetDropStudio App, at any time, with or without cause or notice — for example, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity, or if we discontinue the Service or a particular brand entirely. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12) will continue to apply after termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over GetDropStudio.AI, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, our brands, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in a more prominent way. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
