Who we are

Our website is https://getdropstudio.ai. GetDropStudio.AI is an independent creative studio and the parent company behind Calmingverse, Galactic Ancestry, and the Aura AI Marketing Toolkit. You can reach us at support@getdropstudio.ai.

Information we collect

We only collect information you actively give us, plus a small amount of standard technical data your browser sends with any web request.

Contact / interest form

When you submit the interest form on our Contact page, we collect the information you enter in the form fields, which may include:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Whether you opted in to our newsletter, and which of our brands you are interested in

If you opt in to the newsletter, we also store the date and time of your submission and the IP address the submission came from, so we can demonstrate consent if ever required.

Comments

If comments are enabled on any page or post, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with your IP address and browser user-agent string, to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it; the Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

Images published on this site may contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• Reply to your inquiry or provide the information you requested.
• Send you a confirmation that we received your submission.
• Send you the weekly newsletter for the brands you opted in to — and only those brands. You can opt out at any time by emailing support@getdropstudio.ai.
• Keep a record of consent for our newsletter, in case we need to demonstrate it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use it for advertising targeted to you on third-party platforms.

Who we share your data with

We share only what’s necessary to operate the site and deliver the emails you’ve asked for:

• Resend — we use Resend (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy) as our transactional email provider. When you submit the contact form, the fields you entered are sent to Resend so it can deliver a confirmation to you and a notification to our support inbox.
• Our hosting provider — like any website, our host has access to server logs and databases in the normal course of operating the site.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GetDropStudio.AI, our users, or others.

If you request a password reset from an account on this site, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When an administrator logs in, several cookies are set to save login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen-options cookies last for a year. If “Remember Me” is selected, login will persist for two weeks. Logging out removes the login cookies.

If an administrator edits or publishes an article, an additional cookie is saved in their browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article just edited. It expires after one day.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website. These third-party sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long we retain your data

If you submit the contact form, we retain your submission and any related email record for as long as is reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the conversation. Newsletter opt-ins are retained until you ask us to remove you from the list.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on the website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted information to us through the contact form, left comments, or have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

To make any of these requests, email support@getdropstudio.ai from the email address associated with your data, and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Where your data is sent

Form submissions are delivered as email through Resend, which operates servers in the United States. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service. Other than that, your data stays within our website database and the inbox of our support team.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in a more prominent way.
